Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What are "Move in Ready Rentals"?
A: It's where tenants share a house together, or it could be an apartment, and live as a family entity. They each have their own bedroom, their own "space", privacy, and share the common rooms, such as the kitchen, the family room and bathroom. Every 7 to 10 days a House cleaner comes in and cleans the common areas.
Q: What is the cost for all this?
A: Of course it all depends on the type of home and it's location. What everyone likes is that there is only one bill per month, which covers everything. (Look at the list on the Home page, because all the amenities listed there are covered in one bill). It's an all inclusive rental!!!
Q: What does the tenant need to bring to move in?
A: No furniture, just personal belongings, including their bedding and their favorite pillow :)
Q: What kinds of people rent these "Move in Ready Rentals"?
A: People like Students, People with Special Needs, Veterans, Senior Citizens, Trainee doctors and nurses, etc etc., and the list goes on. If the tenant enjoys living with other like-minded people, then I suggest "Move in Ready Rentals" could be for them. We endeavor to make the living environment feel and be just like home.
Q: Where are these "Move In, Ready Rentals"?
A: Presently they are only in Tarrant County. However we endeavor to have them close to bus stops, and close to shops, especially coffee cafes etc. If you know of a property that might be good for "Move in Ready Rentals", then let us know, as we might be able to turn it into and shared rental home.

A: No it's not.... This is "Supportive Independent Housing", when special needs people can live on their own with the support of a case manager, social worker, primary therapist, or counselor.
However, -- it can also work with many other groups of people in the humanities field.
Basically it works with any group of people that could benefit from this system, including groups of students, hospital staff, senior citizens, Army - Navy - Air-force - Marines etc etc.
Q: Are there any up-front fees/costs, to get more information?
